Publication Ethics
Mandailing Journal of Education and Sciences (MJOES) follow the guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (Committee on Publication Ethics - COPE-) in all matters related to the ethics of publication., Mandailing Journal of Education and Sciences (MJOES) COPE adapting to meet the highest standards of ethics intended for editors, writers, and Reviewer. Publisher does not have the right to interfere with the integrity of the paper and is only responsible for publishing regularly and on time.
FOR EDITOR
Editor Party Must ensure that writers follow the procedures/rules of writing in the Mandailing Journal of Education and Sciences (MJOES).
The Editor can communicate with the Journal Manager, Editor, and Reviewer other in taking the Final Decision.
Editors should refuse assignments when there is a possible conflict of interest
The Editor must provide manuscripts assess objectively without seeing aspects of nationality, ethnicity, political affiliation, ethnicity, race, religion, gender, seniority, or institutional affiliation author.

FOR REVIEWER

Reviewers are asked to provide comments on the manuscript, if it is suspected find procedural mistakes of writing, publishing and publishing ethics
Mitra Bestari can complete work on at a predetermined time and provide information to the editor if they are unable to meet the time limit specified.
Reviewers must be able to be confidential manuscripts Author.
Reviewers should not accept manuscripts for appraisal, if potential conflicts of interest, both individually and collaboratively with any institution.

FOR AUTHORS
The author must ensure that the manuscript is original and not plagiarism.
The author must ensure that the manuscript has not been published previously and have never been assigned the rights to the article to the other party.

The author must ensure that the manuscript is original and does not engage in plagiarism or automatic plagiarism and Self-Plagiarism
Authors must follow the procedures established of Mandailing Journal of Education and Sciences (MJOES).
The author does not send the manuscript together with the same topic and title to another journal.
Authors should be able to provide information and make research data related details when the editor discovered the alleged doubts or falsification or plagiarism in the manuscripts.
If the author finds any errors or inaccuracies that affect the manuscript which has been sent, the writer must promptly notify the Editor to immediately withdraw the manuscript writing and repairing.
The author is not allowed to withdraw the article being reviewed by the reviewer before being restored by a Reviewer to the Editor.

UNTUK EDITOR
Pesta Editor Harus memastikan bahwa penulis mengikuti prosedur/aturan penulisan dalam Mandailing Journal of Education and Sciences (MJOES).
Editor dapat berkomunikasi dengan Manajer Jurnal, Editor, dan Peninjau lainnya dalam mengambil Keputusan Akhir.
Editor harus menolak tugas jika ada potensi konflik kepentingan.
Editor harus memberikan penilaian naskah secara objektif tanpa melihat aspek kebangsaan, etnis, afiliasi politik, etnisitas, ras, agama, gender, senioritas, atau afiliasi institusi penulis.
Editor harus menolak penugasan jika ada potensi konflik kepentingan.
Editor harus memastikan bahwa naskah yang dikirim ke pengulas tidak mengandung informasi tentang penulis, dan sebaliknya.

Ketika Editor menemukan atau mencurigai tindakan pelanggaran penulisan dan konflik kepengarangan, editor dapat mengikuti pedoman dalam diagram alur untuk menyelesaikan konflik kepengarangan COPE.
Editor dan seluruh staf harus memastikan kerahasiaan semua naskah yang diterima.
UNTUK REVIWER
Penelaah diminta untuk memberikan penilaian terhadap substansi naskah sesuai dengan Fokus dan Ruang Lingkup Jurnal serta memberikan rekomendasi penilaian.
Penelaah diminta memberikan komentar terhadap naskah, jika ditemukan kesalahan prosedural dalam penulisan, penerbitan, dan etika penerbitan.
Mitra Bestari dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaan pada waktu yang telah ditentukan dan memberikan informasi kepada editor jika mereka tidak dapat memenuhi batas waktu yang ditentukan.
Peninjau harus mampu menjaga kerahasiaan naskah Penulis.
Peninjau tidak boleh menerima naskah untuk penilaian, jika ada potensi konflik kepentingan, baik secara individu maupun kolaboratif dengan lembaga mana pun.
Peninjau harus meminta pertimbangan kepada Editor mengenai kesamaan substansi atau tumpang tindih antara naskah yang sedang dipertimbangkan atau naskah yang lebih banyak diterbitkan dengan naskah Penulis atau penulis lain.
Informasi atau ide istimewa yang diperoleh melalui peninjauan sejawat harus dijaga kerahasiaannya dan tidak digunakan untuk keuntungan pribadi.
UNTUK PENULIS
Penulis harus memastikan bahwa naskah tersebut asli dan bukan plagiat.
Penulis harus memastikan bahwa naskah belum pernah diterbitkan sebelumnya dan belum pernah menyerahkan hak atas artikel tersebut kepada pihak lain.
Penulis memastikan bahwa naskah yang dikirim cenderung pada karya itu sendiri dan mengikuti aturan standar sesuai dengan format yang mengutip referensi yang tepat.
Penulis harus memastikan bahwa naskah tersebut asli dan tidak melakukan plagiarisme atau plagiarisme otomatis serta Plagiarisme Diri.
Penulis harus mengikuti prosedur yang ditetapkan oleh Mandailing Journal of Education and Sciences (MJOES).
Penulis tidak mengirimkan naskah dengan topik dan judul yang sama ke jurnal lain.
Penulis harus dapat memberikan informasi dan merinci data penelitian ketika editor menemukan dugaan keraguan, pemalsuan, atau plagiarisme dalam naskah.
Jika penulis menemukan kesalahan atau ketidakakuratan yang memengaruhi naskah yang telah dikirim, penulis harus segera memberi tahu Editor untuk segera menarik naskah dan memperbaikinya.
Penulis tidak diizinkan menarik artikel yang sedang ditinjau oleh peninjau sebelum dikembalikan oleh peninjau kepada editor.
